My talk “Forget Google’s quantum supremacy”

In December 2020, the new Chinese light-based quantum computer Jiuzhang has achieved quantum supremacy.

It represents the second time quantum supremacy has been reported, following Google’s celebrated announcement from last year.

But what does quantum supremacy mean for cryptocurrency and crypto mining, where having a highly efficient machine gives you an edge over everyone else?
