FidAR provides me with a platform to significantly and sustainably increase the proportion of women on German supervisory boards. Let’s join forces to increase the proportion of women on the supervisory boards and in top management.

  1. Statutory gender quota of at least 30 percent each of women and men for the shareholder representatives on the supervisory boards
  2. Binding legal regulation that men and women must be represented among the employee representatives on the supervisory board in proportion to their share of the workforce
  3. Effective measures to improve the quality of supervisory board work and corporate governance
