Google’s Women Will Future Leaders
I had the honor to join Google for its “Women Will“ workshop for future women leaders in Munich!
This one-day workshop is exclusively developed by women for women to provide a stage for female leaders and actively support young talent in achieving their career goals.
In this workshop, we discussed topics related to management and leadership, communication and networking as well as personality development and brought them to life with practical exercises and stimulating discussions.
I very much enjoyed the mentoring in small groups with @Simone Philippine Lafargue, the live interview with @Lisa Freitag and @Julia (Ganser) Mohr, the exciting panel discussion with @Geraldine Schroeder, @Deepa Gautam-Nigge, @Nadja Schaefer and @Petri Kokko as well as the #IamRemarkable session with @Katarzyna Seidl.
