“To champion a holistic response to the industry-wide diversity challenge in technology, Victoria is focused on three dimensions — hiring, developing, and retaining women at all stages of their careers, as Co-Chair of Tech Club and Wo+Men’s Leadership Club at the University of Cambridge and in the tech industry.”
