leading the consulting project with one of the leading hypergrowth companies during my MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School!

For my general management-level project, I addressed how my hypergrowth company client can fulfil their ambition to develop the global tech hub and overcome the challenge to grow their site by 150%.

I analysed three gaps in their general management strategy which are missing at the hypergrowth client and derived four recommendations on how to build the innovation and talent ecosystem.

1. Location strategy

  • New location strategy for technology hub in Silicon Valley-similar city
  • Cooperation with local government, industry leaders, start-ups, research institutions and universities to develop innovative global tech products and hire international tech talent

2. Employer branding

  • Global tech hub but locally branded to ensure identity and purpose for employees #WeAreHypergrowth

3. Upskilling and reskilling tech talent

  • Upskilling and reskilling of data and AI talent with #FutureofWork education center

4. User empowerment

  • Tech empowerment and education of customers, end-users and population with open and accessible Apple store-ambient data and AI education center

Special thanks go to my hypergrowth company client and the interviewed CXOs!
