As a thought leader, I showed the value of digital capabilities to a wider audience, with over five speaking engagements and more than 15,100 attendees only in 2021.

The discussions about bringing more diversity into the tech industry has been ongoing for over a decade, with activists, companies and development organisations advocating for the topic. In fact, only 25% of keynote or standalone speakers are women at large and medium-sized conferences or local tech events.
