Top three highlights from Females in IT — Future of IT conference
Here are my top three highlights from the FIT — Future of IT 2022 conference powered by Womens IT network and Vogel IT-Akademie
One of Germany’s largest Women In Tech conferences was bigger and better than ever,
with 1 day packed with insights from top tech companies’ women entrepreneurs, managers & experts, picking up new tech skills in workshops, deep-dives into tech trends from fellow female keynote speakers and networking with dozens of innovative technology executives & board directors.
So in case there is anything you missed, here is my rundown of the top three highlights from the FIT conference.
1. My panel gave answers about empowering sustainable business (ESG), so what for digital transformation and leadership?
“The purpose of companies must be effective, entrepreneurial and prudent management that ensures the long-term success of the company. Companies must benefit all their stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers and the communities in which they operate.”
2. Oracle’s Country Leader @Stefanie Kemp gave her best practices on how we grow with our challenges and readiness for change, risk and importance of networks
3. Head of IT from Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg Uta Knöchel showed off her learnings from her move from the hospital to BER and specifically how to increasing efficiency
I would also like to give a shoutout to my fellow female top speakers, CXOs and Managing Directors who I have met — Thank you!
