I am honored and humbled to be nominated for the ‘Best Digital Lead Award’ of the Women In Tech Awards! 🏆🏅🎉
The #MWIT21 Award powered by WITAwards and Methods Digital is to recognize my notable contribution in my senior technology role within my organisation.
Victoria is focused on three dimensions — hiring, developing, and retaining women at all stages of their careers, within her organisation and in the tech industry
1. From a hiring perspective, she is committed to building connections with women in tech from their time in school through their professional careers
2. To develop women, she launched new initiatives in her organisation and continued the flagship Women’s Leadership Summit
3. To retain these women, she built the Women@Employee Group to run mentorship programs, speaker series to create visibility and inspire female role models
